Highly experienced Registered Nurse and senior clinical professional with over 30 years’ experience supporting individuals with complex, catastrophic and long-term conditions, including spinal cord injury and neurological impairment. Extensive expertise in post-discharge support, MDT coordination and stabilisation of complex care in community settings, combined with senior-level clinical governance and safeguarding oversight.
Demonstrates ability to work collaboratively with acute, community, social care and voluntary sector MDTs to ensure safe transitions from hospital to home, continuity of care and effective risk management. Recognises the need for combining person-centered care management with strong governance, quality and regulatory assurance to deliver safe, effective and compliant care.
Angie is well regarded for building trusted relationships with clients, families, MDT professionals, spinal centres, commissioners and legal representatives. Board-level experience within the case management sector provides a strong understanding of professional standards, regulatory expectations and best practice frameworks.
