Gina is a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Case Manager with extensive experience supporting children, families, and adults through complex rehabilitation journeys, including acquired brain injury, severe sight impairment, extensive burns and complex orthopaedic injuries. Gina’s clinical experience spans work in the UK, South Africa and Hong Kong, across private, NHS and education sectors. She is guided by a commitment to person-centred care, strong advocacy, and the development of bespoke rehabilitation plans that enable meaningful and sustainable progress.

Gina is passionate about the impact of a growth mindset and meaningful human connection in creating positive change. Drawing from her lived experience as a parent of four children, she is especially attuned to the challenges families encounter. She is experienced in helping individuals rebuild, adapt, and move forward following significant life disruption, using trauma-informed, solution-focused, and collaborative approaches. She’s a firm believer that teamwork makes the dreamwork, harnessing an array of team members across the private, NHS, local authority and charity sectors, to meet the client’s needs. Gina is skilled in delivering clear evidence-based reporting, and applying rigorous clinical reasoning to ensure effective, high-quality interventions.

Gina is known for a dynamic and creative working style, clear communication, and the ability to motivate others. Her case management expertise covers establishing Education, Health and Care Plans, supporting transitions across the education lifespan, as well as into the open labour market. She ensures equipment and environmental adaptations are in place to support independence.

Gina is driven to foster independence, resilience, and improved quality of life—ensuring rehabilitation becomes a pathway toward renewed confidence and possibility, with meaningful engagement in life.
