Julie-Anne is a highly experienced Complex Clinical Case Manager, Registered Nurse and military veteran with over 16 years’ senior clinical and leadership experience across military, NHS and third-sector healthcare settings.
She has an extensive background in critical care, trauma, and long-term condition management, supporting individuals with life-changing injuries and highly complex needs.
Julie-Anne also demonstrates advanced expertise in the case management of catastrophic and complex conditions, including acquired brain injury, complex neurological disorders, high-level spinal cord injury (including ventilator dependency), poly-trauma, amputations, stroke and palliative care. She is skilled in delivering end-to-end, client-centred case management from holistic assessment and goal setting through to coordinated rehabilitation, risk management and long-term planning.
She is recognised for her clinical credibility, calm decision-making and strong professional advocacy. Julie-Anne brings a compassionate, outcome-focused approach shaped by extensive military service and senior leadership roles in high-pressure environments.
